Assembly and painting operations

Only specialized and experienced staff is employed in the assembly phase of the cylinders. Each operator knows the characteristics of the seals to be assembled and is instructed on the assembly methods thanks to the technical drawing of the assembled unit always provided by our efficient technical dept.

The staff is also equipped with all necessary tools for assembly as well as screwdrivers and torque wrenches for tightening the screws. To provide a complete service to the customer, on request we spray-paint the cylinders: from the primer to the C5M finishing in order to resist to every type of corrosion.
